How long does shipping take for personalized jewelry?
Since each custom piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for production plus shipping time. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
What materials are used in your jewelry?
We use high-quality materials including 14K Gold, 10K Gold, and .925 Sterling Silver. Some items are also available in Gold Vermeil or Gold Plated options as specified on the product page.
Can I return or exchange a custom item?
All personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a lifetime guarantee on the chain and plating for specific collections. If your jewelry experiences any manufacturing defects, please contact our support team for assistance.
